Care & Maintenance Instructions:

For FULL crocheted items: Please hand wash or spot clean.

These items are meant to be worn and loved, so frizz or pulling of the yarn is part of the distressed ragged streetwear look. Embrace it !

For Collaborative items: Please hand wash or dry clean. Spot cleaning a crochet sleeve is recommended but if you are to wash, please let hang to dry. 

For Essential items: Please machine wash with cold water and delicate cycle dry.

Dry cleaning also is an option.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of construction, full crocheted pieces are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges. Each piece is handmade and tailored for you in such a personal way that unfortunately we cannot authorize any returns or exchanges.

For ALL other items outside of full crochet items, exchanges for equal or greater value, is offered if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. 

Exchange eligibility includes all items:

• unworn
• in re-sellable condition
• tag attached
• within 14 days from the date of delivery.
